Never trust a Red State

Now, I am not pointing any fingers or anything, but every bad storm warning we have had in the last month or so has started with these words:

A winter storm is currently brewing over Texas with the potential to bring significant snow to most of southern Ontario.

Seriously, why does Texas hate us so much?
